Allow open communication between buyer, seller, and trust agents (arbitrators).
It would add to the fairness and openness of bitrated.com if the buyer, seller, and trust agents / arbitrators were able to communicate in a closed forum (with image upload capabilities), open only to the three involved in the trade, from the moment the trade is started until the moment the bitcoins are released. thus allowing the arbitrator to have both points of view and all pertinent information if and when a dispute is opened.

This is definitely something that's currently missing in Bitrated, and is on our roadmap. We're currently working on another related feature, private messaging , that brings some of the foundation needed for in-trade communication (primarily, end-to-end encryption for the messages, so that they'll only be visible to the involved parties).
Private messaging is mostly completed on our development branch, pending a security review of our encryption schema implementation . Ensuring that communication between users remains private is very important for us, so we will not be releasing this feature without a proper external audit. We're hoping to get that done soon, but can't commit on a timeline yet.
Once private messaging rolls out to production, in-trade communication should follow within a couple weeks. I'll keep this ticket updated with the progress of both features.
Thanks for sharing the suggestion with us! Please do let us know if there's anything else you'd like to see added to Bitrated.
