How can we improve Bitrated?

Why can i loggin with my normal password

I have always loggin with my normal password. Now i log-out once and i must put a 16 long words a password. But i dont have that... and i send coins to the address, how can i acces my account again? I know my normal

        Yes this is changed i guess. I signed up about a year ago but cannot login or change password
